About Helofy:

Healofy started as a parenting and pregnancy support app for young mothers, and has become a leading social network for women in India.

My Process:

I start with understanding the user pain points and the business goal. After noting down both the pain-points & the business goal, i see if the journey of a certain flow is apt for attaining the goal of that business intends through that flow providing the best experience for the users and see if there is any hinderance or points where the users find it difficult to complete a certain flow.

I took the login and onboarding flow because i found several road blockers for the users in this onboarding flow which was making it difficult for the users to complete the onboarding task.

I used the Double Diamond Framework for this Case Study.
